Eligibility and Access

By accessing or using 92clubwin.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess full legal capacity to enter binding agreements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are not prohibited from participating in online skill-based gaming under any law applicable in your state or union territory. Residents of states where such activity is restricted, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Assam, Nagaland, and Sikkim, must not register or transact on the Site. Access from those jurisdictions is a breach of these Terms and may expose you to liability under applicable state legislation.

Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You may use the Site solely for lawful personal purposes consistent with these Terms. Account and Payment Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Deposits on 92 Club are processed via widely used Indian payment instruments, including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), BHIM UPI, net banking, and debit cards issued by Indian banks. Each payment method must be registered in your own name; third-party funding is prohibited. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce Site content, create derivative works, commercially exploit any game feature, frame or mirror any page, or reverse engineer any proprietary software or algorithm. The 92 Club name, logo, and related marks are registered trademarks; use of these marks in any context, including social media, promotional material, or third-party websites, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

User-Submitted Content

Where you upload, post, or otherwise submit content to the Site, you grant 92 Club a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content for operational and promotional purposes. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. 92 Club reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 92 Club, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of winnings, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92 Club makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Site, the accuracy of odds or results, or the fitness of any feature for a particular purpose.

Service Disruptions and Third-Party Failures

92 Club shall not be responsible for losses caused by payment gateway failures, bank-side delays affecting PhonePe, GPay, BHIM, or net banking transactions, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions that restrict or suspend services in any state. In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes or wallet balances, 92 Club reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the applicable stakes to user wallets as its sole remedy.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 92 Club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
